New Fire TV sound issue

I bought a new Fire TV to replace my first gen Fire Stick back on the previous Prime day. I now have a sound issue where I have to crank the volume to hear it and then out of no where it will get super loud for a minute or so and then slowly go back to the previous volume. I have older models (a gen one and a second gen 4k) of the Fire TV in my house and I do not notice this issue. I have this problem on both the Tablo App and the Tablo Preview App.

Anyone else see this or do I have a setting wrong?

I haven’t experienced this. Neither on the most recent Fire TV box (dongle), nor on the Fire stick. Am having better luck overall with the Preview app for Fire, but again, no real problems on either.
