New error message

I have no idea why I’m getting this error today. Gen 4. While trying to select a channel in the guide that won’t fully load.

Could you share which device/OS you’re seeing this in?

Reminds me of some Windows popup warnings BITD where it was a choice between giving up (failure) or doing something else (risk).
Thank goodness Windows is all fixed now :rofl:

This is in the latest Roku Ultra 4850X running Roku 14.0.4. The issue seems to have resolved on its own.

Was it an OTA channel, or on of the FAST channels? If it was FAST, it could have been a server timing issue, especially with the recent DST change.

@andyross To more fully describe the issue - I turned on the Roku/TV and switched to the Gen4 Tablo and navigated to the Live tab, clicked down to the Guide and it was empty. The OTA channel numbers appeared but none of the free channels or content appeared, nor did the channel icons. I clicked on an OTA channel and received this error.

I don’t think it’s worth contacting support at this time as the issue seems to have resolved. I will contact support if the issue resurfaces. Thank you.
