In Birmingham Alabama a few channels have changed locations on the guide could you update the guide to the correct channel number?
6.5 has been 365BLK for over 6 months and DABL is now on 40.4
Please update on both the new and old Tablo.

If you haven’t already, try running a rescan and save on both your legacy and 4th Gen Tablo. That should pull in the latest information.

I’ve emailed you about this problem over four months ago and it is still not updated. So I emailed again and I get the same generic answer. I don’t know how to explain it to you. But I will try once more. 6.5 is showing up as a shopping channel in the guid but the channel is 365 BLK 40.4 shows the correct as DABL but does not have a guide so i can’t manually record that channel but I can on my Legacy Tablo but it show no program guide either.
I got my first TABLO over ten years ago and never had a problem like this i would email and the problem was always fixed within two to three days. I don’t I stand why you can’t tell your program provider to update those two channel.
I did make a call yesterday but they told me to do everything the the email told me to do and they could see what was going on but could not get the Tablo to download the program guid for 40.4 and it also would not update 6.5 to 365BLK.

Just checking on an update on the program guide. I’ve removed the Chanel changed zip code and it’s been 20 days. I can google what coming on the channels but can’t record because you can’t do a manual record. Call today and support said all they can do is email the support team.
I’ve had a Tablo for over 10 years and it’s becoming to where I can no longer recommend them to friends.
