New account issue

Bought a refurbished dual lite. I set up an account and it says receiver is already on another account. Can’t go any further. Anything I can do or is this a support thing ?
I assume to control and receive remotely off my home network I need the account connected.

Be sure to include the Mac address for your Tablo to help speed up your request and do not do any follow up emails until Tablo Support has contacted you.

Double-check to make sure you’re entering the serial number is entered correctly. If it is, send our support team a ticket, or give us a call at 1-844-TABLOTV (822-5688).
