Need more support people

First I was position 4 so hung up. Later called back and position 6. It looks like ratio if tech support to customers is declining.

Looks like channel 20 had technical issues Friday, but I did a rescan and 20.2 is back on the Tablo, saying “To be announced”. Meanwhile I’m using TitanTV and added all my new stations and removed stations I no longer get.

FYI we did have someone call in sick today, and Mondays are usually busier than other days so the phone wait times have been longer than we’d like.
