I updated my tablo to the at the time 26 version of the firmware and it has not booted back up since. The blue light stays solid when plugged in and never blinks ethernet appears to be working i can see the lights blinking on it holding the reset button does nothing. The unit does not have a hard drive plugged in right now. I would like to do a factory reset how can I do this?
