Why do we have guide problems and why can’t we get them fixed?
Feature Description
Gracenote has all the correct channel and program info but our guides don’t. This network reassignment has been know for a while and there’s NO reason the guide has not been corrected in real time.
Tablo needs a form on their web site to report guide, line up, logo, and programming problems and then needs to correct them in real time.
TiVo has that feature but is slooooow to correct the problems. Tablo can do better and SHOULD.
