My Tablo 4th gen RVR is on the network. But my PC doesn’t detect it. What can I do?

I mean Tablo Tools on my PC doesn’t detect Tablo device.

The tools for the older Tablo’s do not work with Gen4. I don’t think there is any new version yet, assuming it is even possible. The Gen4 seem to be more locked down than the older ones.
