Lost Subscription Guide and Commercial Skip

Anyone suddenly lose their Guide and Commercial skip? I was just charged yesterday for next month, and then this evening I lost the guide and commercial skip. The app says my trial expired, but my account online still shows me as paid through the month of February. Assuming this is glitch?

Refresh did not. I’ll try a reboot. I have to reboot this thing so many times.

Reboot took care of it. I did have to un-schedule and reschedule all of my recordings afterwards. All of the new shows were no longer flagged to record for some reason.
