Always entertaining to watch this disaster continue to play out. DRM is the cornerstone that makes the entire ATSC 3.0 Nextgen business model work. The broadcasters will never let this go, as it is the only way they can charge consumers directly for OTA TV. There is no other business driver for all of the effort going in to this new standard.
