Live TV pause / resume

Fairly new to the Tablo platform I’m wanting to like it but I’m having some issues
The main one is when I pause broadcast TV such as ABC NBC or CBS when I come back to continue watching it
It starts to play and the audio is there and I can hear it
But the video is stuck in one position the only way to get it back to normal is to go to live TV or exit the app this can’t be normal.

Thoughts defective unit had it less than a month

I’ve attached a picture of the bottom of my tableau and it is connected via ethernet I’m playing it through my Onn 4K pro which is also hard wired

I don’t think people want to guess what device and model you are talking about or whether you are talking ethernet or WiFi or sound bar, etc. I could see that happening on some bottom feeder units

Welcome to the Community. As @zippy mentions - what streaming device are you using? Is your Tablo connected directly to your router via Ethernet cable? Is your streaming device connected wirelessly or via Ethernet?
