Little orange/gold star in guide

I just noticed a small star beside some channel numbers in the G4 guide. It shows up on Roku and Android.

Does anybody know what the star represents?

Those are channels marked as Favorites. You can add and remove channels from your favorites list by selecting a show, which will bring up menu choices “Watch channel name Now”, “Record episode”, and “add/remove channel name from Favorites”

Once you have a list of favorites, you can have your channel guide show just the favorites.
