Lipsync re-syncing

Perhaps its just me but I constantly find that my NBC stations (in various locations with various delivery processes) seem to have trouble with lip-sync.

Is it possible to have the Tablo send signals to the TVs every 30 seconds or so to try to re-sync the image to the sound?

My usual viewing is an LG OLED TV, 2019 vintage so reasonably current. I view through an AppleTV.

What kind/type of “signals”?

Sometimes playing recordings through my Roku will do something similar, in order to fix the issue I have to cycle through the various Volume Modes (accessible on the Roku by hitting the star key when the video is playing).

Maybe a similar function exists in the Apple products.
