I purchased a lifetime subscription a week ago as my trial was about to expire. It does not work! I have tried a factory reset twice to not avail. I have lost all my pre-sets and recorded shows. I am getting no help from the support folks at Tablo at all and it has been a week now! Any help would be appreciated!
You entered the correct serial number for your Tablo on the subscription website?
Yes. it shows it under Active Subscriptions and that it is recognized. It all worked fine under the trial and when i purchased the subscription it stopped working. I have tried re-booting my computer, tablet and Roku as well. Nothing works.
