Checking the website I see no mention of the lifetime option anymore, only the monthly. Is lifetime option gone now for some reason?
That would suck. It’s what sealed the deal for me, and one of the main reasons I advocate cord cutters use the Tablo say over the TiVo Roamio.
I still have Lifetime as an option in the account portal, FWIW.

Good to hear. I think the confusion came in when reading sections of the website which state “…a subscription to our guide data service is recommended. For a small monthly fee, our…” which only mentions monthly .
There was another section elsewhere on the website that mentioned the monthly rate but didn’t mention lifetime rate.
Since I didn’t see the page with all the options (from snowcat) it just seemed to gone.
Appreciate the clarity all.
