Amazon Recast survivor here. Bought a Gen 4 four tuner. The user interface seems eerily similar to the recast except the tablo works much better. Most of the bugs seems to be fixed. Yeah!
One issue that I find annoying is that some library thumbnail icons are blank and unlabeled. Sometimes navigating to home or live and then back to library fixes some of these.
So far it hasn’t been dropping series recordings like the Amazon box did. Sometimes however I see a recording failed message which somehow cures itself later.
Also is there a tablo home button (using a fire stick remote). Sometimes I have to hit the back button several times to get to home. It’s sometimes easier to hit the fire stick home button and reopen the tablo app.
