Legacy tablo playback and connectivity

My tablo stopped being recognized by phone & tablet. Working fine on Roku buy when i fast forward and try to play again it freezes. Have called support, messed with Socket wufi/internet, unplugged ethernet, and reset tablo which is legacy Quad! Dont know what else to do. Also bought a new hard drive. Any suggestions?

Delete Tablo app on Android phone and tablet (or at least clear cache for the app on both devices). if you delete and reinstall the Tablo app you will need to sign back in after installation. Delete the Tablo app from Roku, Restart Roku, Reinstall Tablo app. Don’t worry you won’t loose your Roku account settings.
