Legacy Tablo on 4Th gen app not working

It has been working for almost a week. Now getting “Playback Failed Due To A Data Error”

Had to reset the Legacy Tablo to get it working

Using Roku for streaming

Was this a soft reset?

If so, your Tablo might have been in a stuck state or something strange was happening with its network connectivity.

Restarting your Tablo can clear out these sorts of jams, though you shouldn’t need to restart often.

If you lightly tapped and immediately let the button go, you did a soft reset.

Be careful about holding the button for too long. Doing so for 10+ seconds will lead to a Factory Reset, which is only something we’d recommend as a last resort or if you plan to give away or sell your Tablo.
