Legacy Tablo must be power cycled every day

I have a legacy Tablo that connects to my TV through a Roku via Wi-Fi. Every day when I turn the TV on and go to Tablo, it says my Tablo cannot be found. I have it search again and ZIP, nothing. The only way i can have it find my Tablo is to power cycle the Tablo, removing the power plug for a minute, then reconnect and a few minutes later it can now find my Tablo

I have power cycled my router, removed and re-installed the Tablo app. I do not have a VPN. I cleared the cache via my Roku.

I loose connection every night, then can only get it back the next day by power cycling. HELP!!

Only a “band aid” fix, but you could get a smart plug or even an outlet timer and use it to schedule a power cycle.

True. But I wish I knew why it is doing this

Sounds like it could be a network issue.
Have you tried connecting a cable to you router to see if issue persists when wired ?

Try giving your Tablo a dedicated internal ip address.
