My old legacy Tablo that has served me well however it seems to not want to record shows anymore for some reason even with a strong OTA signal so i have given up on it temporarily and fired up my new Tablo 4 I had on the shelf. It records shows fine but for some reason only two of the five tv’s will play the recordings… The issue seem to be on the say 5 year old or so TV’s. They do all play they legacy Tablo videos just fine through the Roku sticks. One of these older TV’s is on a relatively new Roku stick and it won’t play them either… Updated to the latest Tablo 4 update and Roku updates… Any ideas?.. I updated one of the Tv’s to the AAC audio update and that did not resolve the problem either.
TBH I would rather keep my old TABLO running as it has the 2 TB drive hooked up to it. i have the lifetime programming for it.
