Legacy 4 tuner Tablo Guide problems showing CBS

My cbs is not showing up under shows/network or under all networks.it only gives me the local wjtv (witch is my cbs local.

On my guide it should be cbs 12.1 and 12.2 CW. But my guide shows 12.1 as CW and 12.2 as wjtv.

I was trying to setup my dvr to record survive this wen. the guide doesn’t show it as coming up at all. I have done a rescan of my channels and a guide update.

Doesn’t make any sense because 16 channels are my abc stuff.
