Legacy 1TB Quad not showing on network

My legacy Tablo Quad 1TB stopped working over the summer. When I plug the power into the unit, the blue light comes on, solid for about two seconds, goes off for a moment, and then back on solid. It has an internal hard drive, and you can hear the drive spinning up. I have tried using both Ethernet and wifi to connect to my home network and I cannot find the unit using the legacy app. My understanding is that even if the drive failed, the unit should still show on the network. The unit first started acting up around the time of the required upgrade to the new 4th generation firmware, so I can’t upgrade it. I purchased a new power supply and am getting the same issue.

Have you tried other clients?

Does it show up in your router client list? If yes, see if it responds to a ping.

As a last resort you could try a factory reset (all recordings will be lost).

Sorry you’re running into that, @NGriffin,

Try removing and readding your hard drive. If that fails, try starting your Tablo up without the drive, to isolate the issue.

For instructions, see here.

I have tried the Android app on my phone, iPad app, and the Windows app. I have not logged into the router and looked its list, though.

I have tried with the hard drive installed and removed. I have also tried setting the unit with a ling press of the reset button. Nothing seems to happen when I try to reset.
