Laff channel compressed

We recently bought a new 4k Samsung TV. Since then whenever we tune to Laff through the Roku app the channel is compressed into 4:3 instead of 16:9. This also is the same for fire TV. If we use the tablo app through the Samsung TV then the channel is fine. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you fix it? The TV is set to 16:9 just in case you are wondering.
