Can’t get into tablo on my TV, just circling. Don’t want to reset because I have recorded shows in my library that I don’t want to lose. Opens on my phone but no access to my library, just spins

Also what streaming device are you using?

Sometimes, a simple press of the “back” button can get you out of these situations, as well as rebooting your streaming device.
Since you didn’t say if other menus such as scheduled, live, shows, or movies have data, why not try something simple such as exiting the tablo app and clearing the app data.
