I got lucky and was able to get Tablo to work a couple of times. My wife has had nothing but failures, 100% never worked. You have a product that should never have been released and you have used up all your chances. I unplugged the unit and threw it in the trash.

What’s your address, I would love to dumpster dive your e-waste. Actually don’t post it here, but most retailers allow for returns.
As for my own spouse, she has excellent results now.
I did have to do the following:

Mount and aim an external antenna (own my home so that may not be an option for lease/renters).

Connect Tablo TV via Ethernet to one of my mesh WiFi access points (Orbi Mesh). When WiFi it was not stable and play back was erratic. Roku Streambar (9102R) is still WiFi, not problems.
Interestingly when on WiFi with the Tablo TV, I still had pixelated video and broken audio with CBS. Thought it was an antenna issue and the website said that the symptoms were antenna/signal related.
When I switched the Tablo TV to Ethernet, my CBS is now solid. WiFi mesh network is WiFi 6 and strong no jitter signal when testing with other devices. Just the Tablo TV WiFi is not so good.
WAF (wife acceptance factor) is now high. Before the fixes I implemented, it was a very low rating.
