Is Support MIA?

Am I correct in assuming that there have been no support responses on this forum for a week?

Anyone with a support ticket being resolved?

I think you’re wrong mate. Tablo posted that they were closed for two days because of Christmas so I’m sure they are at it hammer and tongs today.

Except Christmas was Sunday and today is Thursday and nearly end of day given their support hours.

Haven’t seen a support response in this forum since the 23rd.

Still think no support help in the forum for a week is a miss.

This same thing happened last year when I was having problems. They basically shuttered for a week.

You need to upgrade Tablo during US Thanksgiving because they are OPEN. They close for Canadian Thanksgiving.
