Well, then testing on another device might be the best. If you can test from a wired computer, or a phone/tablet that is closer to your primary WiFi router. I am suspecting something in the WiFi is causing the issue. It could be the booster. If that is the case, then the powerline adapter “FlyingDiver” suggested might help.
