I have a happily installed V4 Tablo with a hardwire connection to my network.
I got a new phone, and want to connect the Tablo app to the phone. The app just wants to “Setup a new Tablo”, which I don’t want to go through all over.
Is there a way to just connect to the existing Tablo on my network?
If the Tablo was already set up, you may also have to re set up the new phone, too. Not sure about that one or how it works with a new phone, though.
I seem to remember that if it is already set up it will only take you through the first few steps.
Ya, I guess your new phone needs to store some info about your location and device, so it’ll probably have to go through at least some of the pre-network setup. You should be able to cancel the Location Services and enter your ZIP Code manually.
