IOS Legacy App won't load "TV Shows" guide data

On my Tablo Quad IOS legacy app, when I select the Guide and “TV Shows” option I get a “Failed to load. Received an invalid response” message. This is happening on both my iPhone and iPad app. According to the App Store, I have the most current version of the app. Ver 2.4.1. On my Roku app, the guide data is displayed. Is anyone else seeing an error like this?

For comparison, it’s working on my Android Legacy App and Windows/FF web app.

Do you have remote access enabled? Are you on your home network and connected to your home wifi? If so, you might try disabling your cellular network to be sure.

EDIT: It’s also possible that some legacy features are being quietly disabled or at least not prioritized to fix.

@SpaceAce

It may be a good idea to delete and re-add your app.

If that fails, consider reaching out to our technical support team. They should be able to help.

@wysisyggin… I do have remote access enabled, but both of my IOS devices are on my home network. In fact, my iPad does not have cell service so it is only talking on my home network. I am wondering if the legacy IOS app is not being prioritized but simply from this issue that can’t be determined unless this is an IOS App wide issue (meaning others are also seeing it) and it doesn’t get fix.

@TabloTV… I have not tried to delete the App, but since it’s happening on 2 different IOS devices (iPhone and iPad) I would be surprised if deleting and reinstalling the app fixes this issue. And from the error message it seems to be some type of invalid output from the Quad triggering this.
