Incorrect guide data

Tablo is still refusing to correct guide data - it’s been over a year - not clear this will ever be fixed

If you have a 1st, 2nd or 3rd Gen Tablo and you have guide issues, it is the fault of the Gracenote guide data aggregator no longer taking change requests from Tablo or from us consumers.

My advice is to reach out directly to each station with incorrect guide data and ask to speak to their person in charge of programming. Ask that person to submit changes to Gracenote and the other guide data aggregators. That is probably the only way to get the guide data corrected for legacy Tablos now.

How the devices receive correct guide data is not the consumers responsibility.

I agree with that. However, Gracenote has stupidly decided not to accept Tablo’s change requests or any from us customers. Truthfully, it would be good for Tablo to switch from Gracenote on the legacy tablos to another guide data aggregator. The question would be who to switch to.
