Admittedly, this is cosmetics only.
This is a factor of you having used such a small amount of your total storage.
The storage used metric will round down to the nearest GB used. If you’ve barely used any storage (which it seems like you have) it’ll be rounding down to 0%.
But in Roku & Android App it shows correct usage.
But as I said no biggie.
