Incorrect Channel Lineup and Guide for NJ

I wanted to post an update on my support ticket here for folks that have this issue as well.

Thank you for placing your unit into remote support mode. Here is where we stand with the issue:

• We have identified the root cause of the incorrect guide data.
• In order to rectify cases like this, we will need to make changes on our back end servers.
• These changes are being investigated, but may end up taking some time to implement. I am not able to provide any ETAs at the moment.
