I would like to be able to use my MS Surface or any other Win8 device to schedule and watch programs off my TabloTV. A Win8 app would be even better but if the Web app worked that would be ok as well.

@Fredmarkle - Have you tried using the web app in IE11 lately? If not, give it a shot. It should work.
it kind of works, It doesn’t work in the touch version of IE11 which would be most useful on the tablet. It doesn’t allow video playback. The Rec button doesn’t work. You can see the shows and what is being recorded. But you just can’t make any changes.
