How to Stop Player Error Messages?

My Tablo has been flawless until this morning. Live TV was playing on my IPad but suddenly stopped. I got a Player Error message suggesting it might be a weak signal. I tried connecting a different antenna to the Tablo and it worked fine for awhile. Then the message resurfaced. It isn’t either antenna. I’ve changed them out again. Tablo works for awhile but then the message recurs on either antenna.

Has anyone solved this for themselves? I’m using 2.2.18.

Hi @Snowyone - it’s possible both antennas are simply receiving a poor signal on this channel. Have you tried running a new channel scan? There are a number of things you can try here: https://support.tablotv.com/hc/en-us/articles/210429406-Troubleshooting-Reception-Issues
