How fast does your internet need to be for what? For OTA viewing/recording with a Tablo the internet speed is pretty much irrelevant. The only thing the internet is used for is downloading the guide. I think that’s only done once per day. Your internal network speed is very important if you want to watch on remote devices.
For watching Netflix or other online services the page you linked is a good guide.
