How do I roll back from newest update?

I updated my quad wireless legacy Tabo but now it will not show any vidio or audio when I select a live channel. If I go to my recorded shows and start one, then close and go to live I can watch one channel. To view another channel I have to close app, reopen, go back to recorded, start/close, go back to live and select my next channel. Again,to view another channel I have to repeat the process.
All my channels are there, they appear to open but all I get is a black screen and no sound unless I go thru that process every time I want to change channels.
How do I roll back to previous firmware?

What device are you using for streaming? If Roku then in Tablo you need to go to Settings>Troubleshoting>Audio Compatibility Mode and make sure it is turned on. This has to do with a known issue with Roku.

Android TV and Roku. Same issues with both. Now this morning I get pop up saying can not update due to connectivity issue, yet I am watching the news!

Hi @Justwantorelax ,

Would you DM us your Tablo’s SID? It should be on the bottom for your unit.

We’d like to take a look.

I can view my channels via web but not on legacy app. Now app only shows recording’s and shows it is “Syncing” until it times out.
App works on my cell,my roku, but no longer on myTV with android boxes(2)

While you’re waiting for Tablo to reply, try rebooting your router and Tablo, in that order, to see if that clears things up.

OK, just tried that , still legacy app just syncs until it times out.
I installed the 4gen app, connected to my WiFi quad. Everything looks good except no video (Audio, tv schedule, recordings, interface are fine). I went to settings and changed “Live” quality, still no video. Rebooted modem/Tablo, no video.
Everything was fine until this update!
