I used the Tablo app on a Hisense Roku TV and a TCL Roku TV, with ethernet cable to Arris surfboard router (IP is Breezeline in USA), also tried setting up channels on Tablo app thru iPhone SE and iPad
same results (or lack thereof) on all
I’m going to go out on a limb here, due to experience… the ISP provided gateway/router does not have the horsepower to support this type of streaming / casting. You could have an unsteady internal LAN, which is possible. Arris Surfboards do not have a lot of horsepower. Also, the wireless radios in those bad boys are very small and low powered. They also use a very low-end chipset.
