Help with new TV

Two years with Tablo on my LG. Just upgrade to a new 77 inch Samsung S90F. Everything works but trying to get the guide. All I get is There was a problem communicating with the servers. Please try again. Any ideas? Thanks.

If you haven’t already, try Updating your Guide data or running a channel scan and saving.

Yes. Did them both. Still no guide. Funny thing is, I can get to the channels through the Home Screen, and then when I arrow down to channels I get the same error message.

That is odd.

It might be worth a shot to restart and/or power cycle your Tablo.

Try clearing the LG’s App Cache.

Beyond that Tablo Support may be able to help.

Not an LG app. Now Samsung. Everything works but getting the guide. Guide available on my iPhone but not the new Samsung TV. S90F.

We made some changes on the backend. Would you try again @tandelor and let us know if the issue’s resolved?
