It seems the USB jack that plugs into the Tablo doesn’t go in all the way. Is this normal? I tried other USB cables and none go in all the way either. They all stop about 80% of the way. Is this why the hard drive not recognized? What am I doing wrong?
I just looked at mine hard drive cable on the Tablo, and it is just as you described. So that isn’t the reason your hard drive isn’t being recognized.
There is a stickied thread on here about which hard drives the users here have shown to work and not work. Is yours on the list one way or the other?
