Hard drive no longer spinning down

My hard drive used to spin down when the Tablo was not in use. It doesn’t seem to do that anymore. Any ideas how come or how to fix it?

Check the hard drive manufacturer website, they may have software apps available that allow setting the “spin down” time.

Be careful! When running the app you’ll have to disconnect the drive from the Tablo and connect to a PC.
