Guide subscription shows expired?

In my app (Chrome or native app) I get that my guide subscription is expired, but on the manage my subscription page, it is good until Oct 2021…

What gives?

Have you tried hitting the REFRESH button on the subscription section in the web app?

Repeatedly. Nothing changes.

Web ticket open, also on hold (position 5 currently) after finally getting in on the phone contact…

Maybe reboot your Tablo (aka power cycle it).

While waiting (position 3 now) I hit that refresh button a few more times. Now it shows active, and updating the guide data. So that’s goodness I suppose, but will wait to hang up when I see it actually complete - seems to be going very slowly!
