4th gen, sony tv. USA. FW 2.2.54-2433716
I used to be able to record the series Lester Holt 6:30 pm week days Eastern time, chanel 10.1. Since Tom Llamas took over the show, i had to reschedule the time slot. Here is the problem. When i select the show to record, i only have the option to record the one show, no series recording option. I do see series information and can see upcoming dates and can select them one at a time to record. Please fix this. Thanks for your help. I love your product, it has worked very well, just a few bumps along to way.

Well I’m not sure what happened, but today the system was not responsive at all. and for a short bit I was able to see the TV guide had duplicate channels listed. Getting to recordings was not happening and live tv was complaining that it could not decode the recording. Well I tried everything and ended up doing a reset and setup. Even the app on my android phone was not letting me setup the DVR, stuck on scan for channels. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to clear the cache. Then all went well and even recording Tom Llams series is working now. Lost a TB of recordings and had to reformat my drive too. But all is well now.
