@TabloTV A new sub channel was added to a station that I receive. It was added months ago. The guide information has yet to be added. The other sub channels from that station had guide information. I contacted the station. They told me that they are sending in the guide information for all their sub channels to the appropriate authorities.
Do you know why the guide information is not working for this channel?
And what does zap2it say for your zip code and surrounding zip codes.
Thanks for replying. Zip2it doesn’t show that sub channel (22.4) or (22.3). It does show the sub channels (22.1 & 22.2) for the tv station.
Open a ticket with zap2it. They also use gracenotes.
We suspect you may have already run a new channel scan; if not, attempt to do so, that may resolve the problem out of hand.
Given Zippy’s suggestion, and what you found, the channel may not be properly registered yet.
