So I have a channel that we like to watch, but no information shows up in the guide so I cannot set to record anything. How do I get the information in my guide? Long ago I asked a Tablo and nothing changed.
Assuming you have the channel active by selecting it in “Edit Channel Lineup” in “Settings”, you need to send Tablo a support request at http://support.tablotv.com/hc/en-us/requests/new . They should be able to have the info added in a couple of days. They were able to do that for me whenever a new channel started broadcasting and there was no info on the channel.
