I live in the Phoenix market. And channel 51-1 is the local ION channel. At this time, 11:05 am Tuesday morning, they are showing “Criminal Minds” in English. The guide shows “Mentes Retorcidas”, which is Spanish for Twisted Minds (I guess that is the equivalent of Criminal Minds). Anyhow, the shows on 51-1 in my market are all in English – not Spanish. It took me awhile to figure this out, as I am not a Spanish speaker… but I do watch a lot of ION and it kind of threw me for a loop.
Open a support ticket directly with Tablo so they can reach out to the guide data provider to fix the error.
In this case it sounds like the broadcaster could be sending our guide data provider the wrong schedule info. If you send our team a ticket we can get it fixed up.
