Great product lousy company. Tablo came through!

I wanted to post this but the previous thread is locked…

Was contacted by Lauren at Tablo who asked for a copy of my Walmart receipt and a picture of the MAC address on the bottom of the Tablo and exactly what I found when opening the Tablo box.

She said Tablo would investigate and made me an offer I couldn’t refuse.

Lauren went above and beyond to make things right. She restored my faith in Tablo.

Seems that Tablo is paying attention to what goes on in this community and that is a good thing.

If you need help or have a problem SPEAK UP but BE NICE.

Good luck to you! wished I had more faith in their newer product but I don’t, hopefully they’ll come up with a ATSC 3.0 in the future.

FWIW I had no problems at all with the 4th Gen 2 Tuner Tablo using a Roku Streaming Stick 4K and the Tablo Rolku app.

As far as ATSC3.0 I hope it dies a violent death. If it is adopted the only people that will be smiling will be the hardware companies. ATSC3.0 is the answer to a question that no one asked.
