I have had around 34 email exchanges with Tablo support starting on October 8. I have attempted the following fixes per their suggestions:
- Switched power supply and source.
- Tried a new WD Elements HD.
- Moved Tablo to a weaker antenna: Stellar Labs Omnidirectional Antenna. I tried this with and without Tablo amplification.
- Direct Ethernet connection.
- Clearing App cache and memory.
None of these solved the problem.
