Gen 4 Issues - recording with no sound

I’ve had the Tablo set up for three days and I’m ready to send it back. anyone have a reason I shouldn’t? It keeps freezing/locking up, and twice i’ve tried to record shows and it records with no sound. I have to reset the unit, then it seems to work. any cures for this?

Are you using Roku, especially an older one? You may need to turn on audio compatibility mode in the settings.
