From Hard Drive to Cloud DVR?

I have a Tablo Dual Lite, and have been using it with an external hard drive. My hard drive recently died, so I wanted to switch over to the Cloud DVR service. I subscribed and paid my $4.99 for the month, but I can’t get my Tablo to connect to the cloud. It just tells me there is no storage connected.

How can I go from hard drive to cloud?

It sounds like you may not have opted in to the Cloud DVR yet. Try heading over to the Tablo web app at http://my.tablotv.com/, and navigate to Settings > Manage Subscription > Start Cloud DVR trial.
