It has a solid blue light so, it looks like it’s connected to the internet however, the app (iOS) keeps saying a network error occurred.
I’ve power cycled.
I’ve reset.
I’ve force quit the app.
Still stuck.

Is your iOS device and Tablo on the same network without any extenders or repeaters between them?
